Will someone please recode this .vob from DTS to DD for me?

This is the Famous "DTS experience" trailer -- size (22mb). *the trailer is PAL, not NTSC.

If there anyway someone could recode it to DD 2.0 or 5.1? I just don't have a DTS decoder and it would be nice to hear the sound.

I'm sure some tech guru on this board is up to the challenge.

The reason I made this request is because I didn't see a guide on this site explaining what tool(s) to use to go from DTS to DD.
