Hello. I hope I am in the correct forum for posting my type of question. If not, please point me to the right forum.
I know that my choice of the Lite On 16x dual dvd burner may not have been the best choice, now that I have it I would simply like it to work. Is there someplace I can find out which software is compatiable with my burner. I am currently using DVD Xcopy platinum and it absolutely will not read anything from my personal dvds when trying to back them up. I have been told, as I mentioned before that my burner may not be compatiable with the software. if anyone is aware of a place to find compatability with this burner and software, please let me know. Thanks

Have you tried DVD Shrink or/and DVD Decrypter? Both work great are easy to use and free.
