I have been burning previously burnt dvd's with nero for about 2 weeks. After about 15 perfect copies all of a sudden I'm getting write errors every time. I had been using the same media out of the same stack (kypermedia 4x) but have also tried fuji 8x and memorex 8x with similar results. I had been burning at 4x but tried 2x as well but no dice. Anybody hav any ideas? here is an error log -
