this is the only time where...when im encoding on shrink that i just freezes on the video preview and blinks the blue screen that says the movie is rated pg13....once its done encoding and i put a blank dvd will it work the same or no..cuz its still encoding but just the screen is frozen is this ok? let me know asap thnx

Try using DVD Decryptor first in ISO Read mode , then use that image in DVD Shrink.
