Hi, i installed DVD Shrink 3.2 and use Nero to burn. When i ran it the first time i had no problems. after that. my computer went to hell. When i put in a movie to copy, my burner acts as if it is reading it and gets stuck... It will not get out of this phase. To get the disc out, i have to restart and eject during boot up. The only way i can even get a dvd to open now, is to open DVD Shrink first, then open the dvd using the open disc button. Please help

I forgot one thing...This is in my DVD reader drive. if i put the movie in my writer, it works fine and opens the way it should. What is wrong?

Can you please re-explain your problem one more time? I'm not sure which drive is giving you the problem and at what point in the process. Also, what movie are you trying to back up now?
