Wuddup, i bought a Xenium S.P.Ice and i was wondering if it would work, on a version 1.5 xbox, and if so how...none of the pins line up and the d0 is in the wrong spot than how it should be..

You can forget about the S.P. portion of your modchip. Use the S. portion with a regular solderless adapter and you will be just fine. S.P. is specifically designed for v1.6 xbox. That is why those pins don't line up on your v1.5 xbox. I also have a Xenium S.P. ICE. I plugged it to a x2.6 Solderless adapter on my v1.3 motherboard and it booted up great. Don't even need the 2 wires off the xenium.
