Smartripper not getting the whole Vob file

I am trying to rip a dvd that has 2 episodes on it. They are listed as programs #1 and program #2.

I was successful in ripping program #1 but I am having problems ripping program #2.

If I look at the dvd files I see :
VTS_03_0.BUP 4/26/04 11:37:26 66.00
VTS_03_0.IFO 4/26/04 11:37:26 66.00
VTS_03_0.VOB 4/26/04 11:37:34 37,472.00
VTS_03_1.VOB 4/26/04 11:41:22 1,048,230.00
VTS_03_2.VOB 4/26/04 11:45:07 1,048,522.00
VTS_03_3.VOB 4/26/04 11:48:44 1,048,256.00
VTS_03_4.VOB 4/26/04 11:51:45 880,840.00

However when I rip the program #2, this what I get.
pe_01_02_0.ifo 4/26/04 11:37:26 66.00
pe_01_02_1.vob 3/16/05 09:30:30 8.00
pe_01_02_2.vob 3/16/05 09:24:00 1,048,522.00
pe_01_02_3.vob 3/16/05 09:27:04 1,048,256.00
pe_01_02_4.vob 3/16/05 09:30:28 880,840.00

As you can see VTS_03_1.VOB and pe_01_02_1.vob do not match up in size of the file. Where as all of the other files match up.

It seems to me that the smartripper is some how missing part of the file.

I have notice that the LBA-start for program #1 is 0 (zero) where as the start position for program #2 is 4.

Could this be the problem and if it is how do I correct it?

I do not know what other information might help here so if you need more just ask for it and I will try and supply it.

That program was a great one at the release date but if you look it is now outdated and I agrre with the prevoius post, stay updated.
