Hi, I modded my friends 1.6 Xbox with a Super Aladdin Live flashed with the m8_plus bios. It worked great, and I checked everything. However, my friend lives in Japan, so I had to ship it to him. When it got to him, he called me and told me that the chip boots up (The xbox logo is purple and the EVOX symbol is in the upper left), but then it goes to the CONTACT TECHNICAL SUPPORT screen and gives the error code 13. Looking on www.xbox-scene.com, I found that 13 means....

13 - kernel - Dashboard launch fail (due to missing/bad key, or anything else that would prevent it from running) and the dashboard didn't specify why it failed.

What do you think I should do? I thought if I just sent him a Slayers disc it might work with a clean install, but I think that there is a hardware problem and USPS screwed it up somehow. Any help would be great.
