burn settings grayed out

I am using dvd shrink 3.2 and it works great for me. It encodes it and burns it without decrypter or nero. However, my friends burn settings are grayed out and she can not burn with it. How can I fix it? All of her other setting are the same as mine. I removed all other burning programs on her computer and reinstalled dvd shrink. Any other suggestions? Please help.

Well first off DVD Shrink doesnt burn,it works with Nero, or DVD Decrypter to burn.My guess is that, maybe your friends Nero is not the current version?

you are right..I forgot that I had Nero, because I never open it. DVD Shrink automatically asks for the blank dvd and then burns it. It makes sense now. Thank you very much
