forgive me, i know nothing at all about this. i received an instructional painting video for xmas (approx. 60 minutes long) and the #!%#ing VCR ate it. It is not available on CD. Is it possible after getting another copy for me to transfer it onto a cd? or someone I can pay to do this for me? I don't have a lot of technical equipment and do not want to invest in any & besides, its all greek to me. Is this even possible?

Thank you for any advice.
