Does DVD43FREE rip the new css encryptions (Sony ARccOS protection and Settec ALPHA-DVD protection, etc)? If so, is DVD43FREE compatible with DVD X Copy Platinum 4.0.3.8? If DVD43FREE does not rip the above and it is not compatible with DVD X Copy Platinum, 4.03.8, what do you recommended that will?

To my knowledge DVD43 Free cannot bypass the new protections. An outstanding alternative would be Slysoft's AnyDVD. Slysoft has kept up with the new protections and gives free lifetime updates for AnyDVD. It's a much more powerful and versatile app than DVD43 :)

Does AnyDVD conflict with X Copy Platinum's software (Version 4.0.3.8)? How would I use it with DVD X Copy Platinum? Thanks

I'm not aware of any conflicts and it simply runs in the background similar to how DVD43 works :)
