Aladdin XT Ice Troubles (V1.6)

Ok, anyone out there experienced with the aladdin XT Ice on a verion 1.6? It came with a LPC rebuild board so that was very easy. The install went very well. First boot up it went to the EvoxM8 bios "purple pill" in the corner. It hasnt booted up since! My guess was that it was a V1.6b so I flashed my bios chip in another box with the M8plus bios and popped it back in the XBOX thinking I had solved the problem. NOPE The same non boot up BS.

CAN I GET SOME HELP PLEASE!
