I sure this questions has been asked but, which blank dvd media works best on x-box and PS2?

High quality-Made in Japan-media works best.Taiyo yuden are the best.

Or do you mean format?

X-box/ps2's/and regular standalones may have trouble with dvdr's.Some will favor +,some favor -,some favor both,and some will favor none.Some of those players can be picky. Hopefully you have the dual format,quality burner and use quality media. This will usually take care of most problems.
