Hi, I'm a newbie, but I've been reading a ton about .avi to DVD conversion. I have some .avi files (excellent quality...230 meg for 20 min) they require xvid codec and direct vobsub to watch them in windows media player. The subtitles (english) are embedded in the audio track (learned from the readme file that came with) I can burn an excellent DVD (10-12 .avi's)with menus and everything using nerovision express, but the subtitles dont get encoded with the video or as an option (as far as I can tell). Please help me to figure this out. I cant figure out how to extract the subtitles, or permanently embed them with the video. I have downloaded all of the software and tried many things. Thanks!
