Well I see you're using good old reliable CMC Mag discs and at max speed no less. Let me guess, they were the cheapest discs you have seen.

If you insist on using crap media, at least burn at 4x or even 2x. Not to say you won't have any problems if you slow it down, just not as likely. Check out the DVD R Media Forum for some info on media.

Check to see what the manufacturer recomends for media. You may also want to update your firmware while you're at it just in case. Also, see if slowing the burn speed will give you better results.

If you go to the top of this page and type in semaphore in the search enging, I bet you'll fined other threads with the same exact problem. If you succeed in solving your problem, you can give them some advice on how to solve theirs. Good luck.

Man guys im crackin at it , im currently working on a few things , i have updated the firmware for the drive ! and it still comes up with the semaphore errors but it still after the tries it eventualy burns with no problem and no error's on the disk ! But it could be a power problem or something along the way of that ! i shut down the second usb device im using and we will see what happens in about 58 minutes ! The freaky thing is it has some errors but it still burns eventualy and with no problems ! I have only encounterd this problem when and after i have downloaded the newest version of decrypter ! I still have the old version and i might go back to it to see if it has something to do with it ! i will keep all informed !

there's a lot of semaphore info on the dvd decryptor official site, but sounds from the replies so far that you got a media issue. I would do some searching on that forum and on these afterdawn forums before potentially wasting discs and money. All the info you need should be there , good luck

well to add i took in to deep concideration of all suggestions , played around with the usb drivers and devices controllers ! And still end up with the same problem , I went back to the old version of decrypter and it dropped all the problems no more errors ! The only thing that confused me was i had all the errors but the movie's evevntualy burnt , and 100 % problem free
