Small changes to the forum search

I've made few small modifications to the forum search today:
-now the maximum number of search results is increased from 100 to 300 (as the new servers are simply soo much faster, this doesn't cause any pressure to the boxes anymore)
-now also the forum search caching should be functional, there was a small blip in the code, which caused the caching not to function as specified. This should speed up dramatically most often requested forum searches. Searches are cached for 3 hours, so in common searches, you might not get exactly fresh content, but as this is irrelevant in 99% of the queries anyway, I don't think it really matters. Note that the caching is not used for nick searches where you search posts written by a specific member.

While working on the forum search, I decided to implement the forum-specific search as well, so now you can restrict your searches to selected categories.

Is there any way that we can get a pop up when someone wants to post that states "Are you sure you want to post this? Did you run a search first?!?!?!"
This might alleviate 100 threads based on the same topic.

The Admins have tried just about everything to alleviate that problem but the ignorant have remained undeterred through it all.

I mean, I don't want to complain. There are a lot of people on here that don't have any problems at all ripping DVD's, CD's, etc. and really DO want to help. I for one, haven't had a problem since I started because I ran a SEARCH on this forum for my issues before I ever even joined. I just find that I'm typing the same things, day after day, trying to give people help, and I know I'm not the only one as I see the same people on every thread typing the same thing....Sorry, I had to vent!
