I am currently using Pk2 to transfer pics and ringtones but am trying to get version 3.11 MPT's to work in the Multimedia center. I can connect to the phone with no problems like mossyy says "unplug cable to phone load up MPT's hit next then plug it in and it find is everytime" for me anyways. I can sync my calender and phonebook but I cannot transfer any files in the multimedia center. I go to there and it like has an hourglass for about 30 seconds and finds nothing. It's not like the calender that finds the v400 phone everytime. After I go to multimedia center I cant see any of the files on the phone side of the window and cant hit the swap buttons as they are grayed out in the center.

Any ideas??

have u tried MPT version 3.23 that might work with ur v400....
