hello i have a problem with a movie i have downloaded,
it is and xvid i think and it downloaded as a RAR file my question is how can i write it to a disc
any help you can offer will be much appriciated

hi

use winrar to unpack the file AVI.

then use divxtodvd to make it into vob/bup/ifo and burn it useing Nero or your fav app..

when i open winrar i get a list of "winrar archives" and "r30" files can you possible explain them for me please

hi

say you have 30 r01 to r30 they are say 50meg each and when you EXTRACT the rar file it will rebuild the avi into one file!

dont open winrar just click the XXX??.sfv or XXX??.rar and it will open up, then extract

then place in divxtodvd and convert to dvd structure

thankyou for your help but i am confused so i will start again,
when i downloaded the film i got a folder with CD1, CD2, sample, ctp-const and dirscipt
It might be that ive got a corrupt download i dont know.
when i open the CD1 file i get ctp const01 file ex Winrar at least 20 files
and 1 SFV file and at least 20 R01-R20 when i click to unpack the Winrar files i get "header is corrupt"
if you can help i would be most greatful
even if it IS corruot at least i can try and get it again

it is currupt! (did you use a downloader app?)

ok cd1 is part 1 of the film, first half

cd2 second half you may have a SVCD or AVI? not sure till unpacked?

sounds like the film is constantine!
