it should work. Alot of xbox games are dual layer anyway.

I was thinking about backing up The Bard?s Tale onto a DVD9 but the discs are still $$$$. I am not sure if my Samsung drive will read the DL discs, anyone know for sure?

on the box does it say dual-layer? if so then ya it works.
r u pacient? if so burn at 1x if not then at 2x (more not recomended unless you dont mind getin errors and restartin and wastin ur dual-layer

P.S. It does not matter what the xbox says because I have a different drive from the origional, so I guess try is the only answer.
