Can someone tell me where I acan but the 9.4 DVD + (RW) disk on this planet!

Yeah, you will also need to get a burner designed to use this media. This media basically uses two 4.7 discs glued together. back to back. And you have to flip the disc once one side is finished.

If you are looking for a single-sided disc that holds the 9.4 like a factory DVD, good luck. They use a different type of burn technology not readily available to us folks.
