I have theese 2 movies of .mpg(I think it is MPEG2) that I want to burn to DVD+R. It seems to say SKVCD, and I am not sure what that is. Can anyone help me?

Better to just author them as-is, and not re-encode.
DVDLab will do it.

skvcd/ksvcd uses a resolution of 352x480ntsc/352x576pal, they are dvd compliant resolutions, so all youd need to do is resample the audio to 48kHz then author and burn to dvd.

i used to hate going to weddings, all the old dears would poke me and say "your next", they stopped saying it after i did it to them at funerals -Chopper Reid-

How do I do that? Authorizing and changing the sound? I have Nero and currently downloading DVDLAB PRO.

If the File is a SKVCD Mpeg file you might have Problems authoring it to DVD because SKVCD files use an extremely Long GOP (Over 40 Frames) which isn"t DVD Compliant...

If you Run into this problem it can be fixed useing the "Mpeg Gop Fixer" tool in "Womble Mpeg2VCR"....
