I used DVDShrink 3.2 to Backup some training DVD on my HD. Very proud...worked first time,I burned the AUDIO TS & VIDEO TS folders onto a DVD and they played correctly with PowerDVD software on my PC, but when I placed the burned DVD in my living room dvd player....no go...Please help!!

This is more than likely a media issue between your DVD player and the media you are using.

What is the brand/type of media being used?

What is the make/model of your DVD player?
