DVD with uncompressed pcm audio

I have a dual-layer DVD with uncompressed pcm audio. DVD Shrink can't fit it onto a single-layer disc because it can only compress video, not audio streams. Or am I missing something? I'm just wondering if there's a way to rip and convert the audio stream at one go instead of having to ri, convert the vobs, and reauthor using a couple of different programs.
Any thoughts would be appreciated, thanks!
