I'm trying to get subtitles off a video file that I have but how do I do it? I probably need to use TMPEGEnc or VDub, but I couldn't find any forum threads that gave instructions for it. thanx

Can't do it, if they've been encoded to the video itself (unless they're 100% on top of the black area).
