How to use the audio of a file put into another movie file?

I download 2 version of the same movie, let call them a and b
Ver. a: it has the audio of the movie translated into the language that I can understand, but it has bad quality (really bad)
Ver. b: it has great quality, but the I can't understand what is it talking about
I can't find the sub of the movie! So don't suggest me to find the sub T.T
So I'm begging you guys to help me:
1/ How to rip the audio file from ver a and put it correctly into ver b?
2/ Because the timing of 2 version is different, I think I need a software to edit the sound, which program should I use, and how to use it?

I also have another question: when I convert avi to mpeg2 with the resolution is 640x480, then I put it into TMPGEnc DVD author, it said that the reso is not standard, the NTSC cannot be used for 640x480, ... what should I do

Get virtualdubmod.
Load the file with the GOOD audio.
Click Streams, Stream list.
RIGHT click on the audio track.
Select Full processing mode.
Click File, save .wav.
You now have a .wav file with the good audio.
Load that .wav into Audacity, Goldwave, or Soundforge, and adjust as necessary.
Load the movie with the BAD audio into virtualdubmod.
Select Streams, Stream list, then click ADD.
Browse and find the .wav you just fixed, click OK.
You now have the two streams in the stream list.
Hilight the one you DO NOT want, and click Disable.
Click OK.
You can now save the avi with the new audio, or frameserve it to an encoder, or whatever.
When encoding to mpeg-2, you must specify a video that is DVD spec aspect ratio. For NTSC, this is 720x480.

I still have a question:
The good audio file and the good movie does not match together. That means when the character talk, the sound will not match. How can we edit that? Can we use goldwave to do that? If we can, can you sjow me the guide? Thank you so much

Goldwave will do it easily, so will VirtualDub.
All you need to do, is figure out if audio comes BEFORE video, or after.
If audio is BEFORE, then you need to ADD some blank at the beginning.
It's trial and error. Soundforge would work best for this, as you can see the video in the program. The others, you just have to play the video, guess how far out it is, and adjust it.
In VirtualDub, just select audio, interleave, and adjust the skew.
If audio is AFTER the video, you can use negative numbers to get audio to play earlier.
If the audio is not the same length as the video, you can adjust that in Goldwave as well, under Effects, time stretch (I think that's what it's called).
You don't need a guide, just play with it, you'll figure it out.

I somewhat get the idea. I downloaded the Soundforge you suggest and edit it. But how to combine 2 audio file together? Because one ep of the good picture need 2 files of good audio . Then we put the good audio into the good audio using virtualdubmod right? Thanks alot
### I did it, it successes, but the outcome file is big (83 GB). I wonder what is wrong?

You saved it as an uncompressed AVI.
Select video, compression, and pick one.
Then save it.
