DVD X Copy Platinum Upgrades

I recently got dvd x copy platinum and when I try to back up a dvd it says that it is css encrypted and that I need an upgrade to back it up. Does anyone know where I can get these upgrades?

Hey eng55,

On your program...if it has the HELP menu on it, it should link it to the site, and then you will be able to get the update for it.

Not sure if you have to pay for it, but you will be able to get it from their site.
