i get to the point in sublimes simple guide where you have to click vob extras, i do that then i click english channel 6. after that i click on strip it and it says "no navigation pack found in vob files" "looks like you are dealing with bad vob files" what does all this mean will someone please help me

what software are you using and steps.
try using dvd decrypter to rip then ifo edit to edit it out

I was havig this problem to. I was using dvddecrypter to rip the vob and ifo and bup. You need to check keep vobid for each of the vob files for it to copy to another dir and to get rid of that error.
