Help with DMS4 EZI Pro w/ToxicOS

Ok I installed it, tried to flash but it would'nt load. Tried 2 different media types. Took it apart again and this time I left the screws out of the metal plate and covered chips with some electrical tape.

I was able to flash bios and play a DVD-R backup game. I came home the next day, brought the PS@ out to my living room to play a DVD, but it was PAL and all I got was a TV type does not match.

I took the PS2 back into my room and tried to load the same game that worked the night before, but it wouldnt load, and I cant read the ToxicOS CD-R either.

It plays regular games, I can boot into the ToxicOS configuration menu and I can disable it.

Any ideas whats going on? I know I will need to take it apart again obviously, but just looking for some opinions.
