Problems with Columbia-Clone dvd 3.0

Hi there.
I used clone dvd 3.0 and very recently DVD 43 with Roxio to backup my movies. Everything was just fine 'till I tried to do so with two Columbia-Pictures dvd's in PAL system. Bot software simply don't work: both crash as soon as I try to copy. It's only happened with these two discs for region 2.
My system consist of a Pentium Celeron 2.4GHz, 15GB free space, a dvd-rw LG 12x external and 512MB RAM.
I would appreciate any suggestions!

I suggest using the latest update of DVD Decrypter or replace DVD43 with AnyDVD. Both Decrypter and AnyDVD can handle the newest encryptions. I have heard the DVD43 has been updated also but haven't tried the newest version of that.
