i just got my xbox and it say call your custom service...what can i do what is the problem with my new xbox......if it's broken how much do i have to pay to fix it??

Is it a brand new factory Xbox or has it been modded? Exchange it for a new one from wherever you bought it from if you bought it brand new. If it's modded then I wouldn't recommend calling MicroSoft. Your other options are one: send it to http://www.xboxrepairguide.com and wait for a few months to get it fixed (this guy is super busy), or two: put it on eBay.
