i need to convert IFO formatted files into WMV files and cannot find software to do it please anyone who can help respond!

IFO Files are Not Video files, IFO Files hold Chapter and Timecode Information for VOB files which are Video Files...

If you want to convert "VOB" files from a DVD to WMV you could Try "Windows Media Encoder 9".....
