i was rebuilding a iso file than i got stuck to a part when u have to create a text file wat does that mean can someone help me

I think it means that you just have to make file with notepad or other similar program.

this is how i remember it.
open up Notepad (the program)
press space bar 1 time
go to file, then save as
browse you computer and go to the file you want to replace and click on it so that it has the same name.
press enter to save it and when it asks if you want to replace the current file with the same name answer yes.

please someone correct me if i'm wrong, i know from reading it.
