No Audio When Capturing Video

When I capture video from my camcorder I can't get any audio. I'm using a ATI All In One Wonder 9800pro as a capture device and roxio easy meadia creator 7 as the software. My camcorder is connectec with the audio and video cable to the ATI audio and video connector. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Sounds like a sound card properties issue. You using a patch cable from vid card to sound card? Then do you have the sound input properties setup correctly? (mute, volume, etc.)
