no sound after using virtual dub

i've subbed my movie with virtual dub. in the preview
was working fine.when i play back my subbed movie there is no sound .
anyone can help me

Hey, once you burn the movie onto the blank dvd/cd disc and play it back on a dvd player that supports homeade videos, ... then the sound should work just fine. I had that same exact problem and thats how it worked for me. I think thats because on your computer you dont have the right audio codec installed, .. even after using GSpot to find the codec it said that i had 4 compatible codecs installed but it still didnt work. But yea, ... it should work on a dvd player.
