Can't Patch "Call of Duty", dnas w/ Disc Id Insertor v2.01

How can I patch "Call of Duty" to play online w/ Disc Id Insertor v2.0, I have the code from the original game, but doesn't want to patch. It reconizes the game, then an ERROR comes up. It says

Image File 'C:\...\Duty.iso' (1 part, 4382Mb, 2048 bytes/sector).
The following files have been located for possible patching:-
DNAS300.IMG;1, IOPRP300.IMG;1,

ERROR: The Image File is not DN*S enabled or uses an unsupported version!

What do I do next? I tried searching on the web for a solution, but no luck! Can someone please help me!!
