I am looking for a cheap solution to capture me playing Halo 2 on my xbox. I want to make a few montages and record a few games. Since I am still saving up for my new rig I do not want to spend a lot on this. So what would be a cheap solution that will still give me good quality videos?

So far I have found the following:

That is what I was looking at, but any other cheap solutions are welcome. I want one that will give me the best quality for my dollar. Also what resolution will these record at and is there anything else that will be needed to record my games? Will I be able to record sound? Also what software should I use?
