I need help rebuilding Game ISO's

Ok,
No matter what I do, I cannot get CDVD Gen to work. I always get a parameter mismatch error when I try and run it. So I decided that is not for me.

I downloaded Ultra ISO and it has an ISO building option, which I am guessing/hoping works in the same way as CDVD Gen.

My mission was to backup God Of War.
These are the steps I do:
1. Rip with DVD Decrypter
2. Open and extract all files to a folder with ISO Buster
3. Add All files in that folder into my new Ultra ISO project.
4. Change the volume lable to SCUS_973.99 which is same as the file in the ISO.
5. I save my project as an ISO and it creates it.
6. I use DVD Decrypter to burn the ISO.

What am I doing wrong? Why wont it work? I tried arranging the files in the order that ISO buster showed, but in Ultra ISO the order doesnt take effect, it auto arranges it in ABC.

If you guys could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
