New bought Sara Brightmans dvds won't playback in Nec ND-3520a

I have not had any problems reading other dvds.
I just got Sara Brightmans two Live form Las Vegas dvds, but they will not read (play back) for the ND-3520a. When I checked in DVD-RW Drive the green led comes on and after awhile goes off and the message that I get is Please insert a disk into the dvd drive. I tried them in 2 dvd players that I own, and they play back fine
