Could anyone tell me how to rip a dvd, add a subtitle to that ripped movie and then copy that movie back onto a dvd disc? How do I combine a ripped dvd with the subtitles?

When ripping DVDs, you can select to keep the original subtitle. Many DVD Ripper such ImTOO DVD Ripper can do it.
