tring to back up my kill bill 1 and 2 but when i decrypt ,shrink and burn i cant get the subtitles for when they are speaking japaness am i missing a step ??

Are you using reauthor mode? If so here's a good guide for getting them....

ok thats cool it worked but i do notice i have to turn on the subtiles on the dvd player ..the original move i dont why is that?

If you followed that guide correctly then the subs should appear automatically. Unfortunately I can't verify since I don't have this title.... Wish I could be of more help.
