How do you split Xenosaga onto 2 DVD5s?

What programs do I need and the steps to split the game onto two DVD5s using the programs I need.

And I need the links on where to get the programs I will need to split the game onto two DVD5s.

And to add a few more things, I have a modded ps2, I'm not using swap magic and can you also tell me how to do MGS2 Substance.

So I need a way to split and play those games with a modchip.
