FTP - file transfer issue

I am trying to create a new folder on the F drive however, I get the following error "Please make sure that you have permissions to create this folder". Does anyone know how to set permissions. I use EvolutionX dashboard?

What FTP client are you using? Some FTP programs are "difficult" like.. CuteFTP won't let me delete anything off C,E,F but FlashFXP will.

Try using a different FTP client, see what happens.

I have tried using FlashFXP, Ipswitch WS_FTP, tried istablishing FTP connection using IE6 and nothing seems to work. I can transfer, creat and delet folders on C drive but F drive gives me an error.

try smart ftp. this is an excellent ftp program and works all the time for me
