First let me say this all started when i tried to install a fliptop on a version four playstation 2. You know how the laser cover of the ps2 has that little white disk in the middle of it to press down on the games so the laser can read it and I figured the fliptop would come with one but it didnt for some reason, so I took the one of the ps2 laser cover and put it on the fliptop, but it's to light so it makes this really god awful noise when reads disk but it does work.
So i say to myself maybe if i way it down it will work but it doesn't so it won't read disks at all.

Second problem the ribbon that connects the ps2 to the reset/eject button came out but it didn't break so i put it back in and every thing was working until yesterday morning and it stopped it responding i would turn on my ps2 and push the reset and eject buttons nothing and now I am compleltley lost.

I am really close to just selling it for parts on ebay

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
