I tried backing up both of these games but neither works. How do I get them to work.

I burnt Ghost Recon 2 on a TDK dvd-r it it worked fine. First time i burnt it it did not work. You have to make sure that you have the lastest firmware for your dvd burner. I used DVD Decrypter..

I used Alcohol 120% to backup GR2,it worked fine but I had to use DVDLoader.

I did not have to patch Ghost Recon 2 or even use dvdloader. Mine just started right away.

Make a ISO on your hard drive and rebuild the ISO subsequently. Then will work!!

Don't need a patch for Mercenaries. Backed it up using DVD Decrypter and TDK DVD-R and worked fine.
