Way to use an Avermedia TV98 card on WinXP?

I have an Avermedia TV98 (BT848) capture card and would like to use it on WinXP, but Avermedia's site does not have drivers for WinXP. Is there a generic BT848 driver I can get that will make this card compatible with WinXP?
