dvd x copy plat not picking up burner

I am having trouble with my dvd x copy platnum not picking up my mad dog burner any longer. I am running in Windows XP and did not have this problem previously. Any suggestions. Thanks

I would suggest that now is a good time to move on to DVD Decrypter or AnyDVD and DVD Shrink or CloneDVD2. Why spend time with an increassingly outdated program which will only give you problems in the future.

Anyway ask your DVD X Copy questions in:

1) LOOK where you posting ... this is media.

2) XCopy is outdated and most likely wouldn't work right anyways.

3) yes use the XCopy forum for future questions.
