Playback freezes on back up DVDs

Have backed up some DVDs using a variety of methods and the same thing always happens - they freeze after about 12 to 15 minutes of playback. This happens on DVD Rom and my Panasonic DVD player (brand new)

I am using a brand new Pioneer A105 with Bulkpaq Gen 3 (r2) blank DVDs.

Any suggestions please??

Sorry, should have updated the message. Turns out I had incompatable media. Burning faster that Joan of Ark now!
