Hi,
I recently removed InCd because I thought it was causing problems. My DVDs freeze about half way in. At first it is not too bad just a small glitch. By about 3/4 of the way through it is unplayable.
I defragment often about once a week. I pretty much turn all applications off and leave 3 or 4 running programs.
