Iv tried using m8_16 but it wont read my 250 gigs, and evox wont flash it from evox. Have to do it from a cd.
Been a while since Iv had to flash, but I just got a new chip the smartxxv2, and im lookin for a good bios.

Any idea friends ? :)

Why don't you use the X2 4983.06. The xxxx.06 will read hd up to 250GB. I'm not sure if you have a 1.6 or not but the M8_16 is for 1.6's only. The 4983.06 will put all extended space on drive F with no G drive, for that you would use the 4983.67. Basically, the xxxx.06 has 6 partitions(C,E,F,X,Y,Z) and xxxx.67 has 7 partitions(C,E,F,G,X,Y,Z) so it's up to you if you want the remaining space in G. Personally, I like to have all my hd space on F. You can't go wrong with either of these bios and both support up to 250GB........Enjoy!!!!
