I have a Panasonic DMR-E30 standalone DVD recorder. It doesn't have good editing functions. So I want to edit the VOB files created, using my computer (which has a DVD writer). Then I want to burn a new, edited DVD.

I'm just looking to do simple editing, such as cutting out certain unwanted sections.

Any suggestions?

I was also wondering how I can combine random VOB files from several DVDs into one new DVD.
